Parking
Free on-site parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. Please do not block the gate, the garage, or a neighbor's drive. No street parking overnight.
Trash Day
Trash is collected on Tuesday mornings. Roll the bin to the curb Monday evening and return it to the side of the house after pickup if you are still on site.
Thermostat
Smart thermostat in the hallway. Please keep it between 68°F and 78°F, and set it back to 74°F when you leave. Do not switch between heat and cool within the same hour.
TV & Streaming
Smart TV in the living area. Use the HDMI/TV input for cable-free streaming and sign in to your own Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ account. Please sign out of personal accounts before checkout.
Door Lock & Check-In
The lockbox is mounted beside the front door. Your 4-digit code is texted to you the morning of arrival. Open the box, take the key, close the box, and re-lock the door each time you leave. Return the key to the lockbox at checkout.
House Rules
- No smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or out
- No parties or events of any kind
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
- No unauthorized guests — only the guests on the reservation may stay overnight
- No pets
- No EV charging at the property (no outlet or charger is provided for electric vehicles)
- Report any damage or maintenance issue immediately so we can take care of it
- Follow the checkout instructions: start the dishwasher, bag the trash, turn the thermostat to 74°F, lock up, and return the key to the lockbox
